I am a certified Professional Life Coach, finalizing training with International Christian Coaching Institute, Healing Thine Hearts Ministries and Light University USA.
As a Professional Life Coach my mission is to empower the youth and young adults to make wise choices in life so that they can have success in their education, career, and mission.
My vision is to see them ascend any difficulty in life and reach their God-given potential.
I love to be involved in new, groundbreaking projects, either by choice or by divine appointment.
I use my analytical mindset and my spiritual gifts of wisdom, teaching, and administration to enable Christian institutions and individuals take the practical steps needed to succeed.
My. Story.
Life Experiences that shaped me to be a Life Coach.
After I finished V.W.O. at Maria Immaculata Lyceum in Curaçao, I made the big move to study in the USA. I vividly remember arriving from my sunny Caribbean Island to Buffalo NY on a very cold and snowy January day… It was a huge transition and challenge. But I conquered!
I hold a B.Sc. degree in Biochemical Pharmacology from State University of New York at Buffalo and a M.Sc. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the State University of Illinois at Chicago.
I served as a full-time Missionary with OM for 8 years from 2006 - 2014. The first two years on the mission ship MV Logos 2, followed by 2 years on the MV Logos Hope, as part of the first-time multi-cultural crew, and 4 years as a local missionary in Curaçao, mobilizing churches and sending out missionaries from the ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao). Missionary life was rewarding and challenging at the same time… I conquered – and learned many life lessons that stuck with me forever!
I am passionate about the work to bring awareness to and educate the youth and young adults on issues of emotional, spiritual, and sexual health.
I am involved in two non-profit Foundations. I am an active co-founder of the Abstinence till Marriage (ATM) Foundation, having served since 2010 as Secretary and as President and currently as the Vice-President of the Foundation. I also serve as secretary of The Fig Tree Training Institute Foundation, a coaching and lay counseling training ministry since its founding in 2017.
I have talked to thousands of teenagers and young adults – one on one and in group settings in schools, institutions, and churches - bringing awareness and empowering them to make wise choices and to conquer!
On a more whimsical note…
I enjoy arts and crafts and doodling. I love to travel and try exotic foods! I have been to more than 50 countries and territories. I will eat anything that is edible! I like to read and listen to podcasts on the topic of spiritual formation. My life scripture verse is Romans 5:5,
"Hope does not put us to shame,

who has been given to us."
